6th Anniversary!!

After so long i finally get a well deserved rest... on our anniversary! How time flies!! Its been 6 years and Fai turns 36! The plan was to meet in JKT airport (even if it means spending more and having to spend my day in the airport!), have a foot reflexology together.. board the plane and await our vacation to commence..

Instead, i run around Soekarno Hatta airport like a mad woman trying to get to my transit plane! The staff couldnt decide if i should get my passport stamped or not!

Then Fai had to enter from Domestic side and i am from the International side... and the only way we;ll meet was in the plane itself!! Prior to that I went to Tiff & Co to get fai the Atlas bracelet for his bday & anniversary gift..

Bali looks the same.. maybe more restaurants & cafe but otherwise the same.. year round "up to 80% discount" signs everywhere. We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel cuz everywhere else seems to be fully booked! We were the last guests to arrive that night and they gave us the 'POP' room with some unheard Ago-go band plastered in the room wall... there were other genre too,, reggae, alternative, disco... its a nice, cherry hotel.

We did nothing much.. just had a good quality couple time.. eherm eherm.. no need to elaborate...

In all i did only a total of 4 hours of shopping.. thats pretty skinny time for a shopaholic!! ehehhehe

Dinner was by the pool (on the house!) and the GM sent us a cute Guitar shaped cake-like-brownie.. we walked by Kuta beach, listen to the in-house band and hang by the pool...and then its time to leave... and Fai was late! we left at 115pm and his flight was at 225pm!!! My heart was in my throat!

Fai was off to the Domestic terminal so i dropped him off and continued on... i felt like my heart was breaking.. its so hard to let go! Thankfully you can always rely on their domestic carrier to never be on time so the plane was delayed for 1 hour... poor thing to those time-obliging passengers.. they must be bored to tears waiting!
